Why should SBCW attorney Andrew L. Capdeville be removed from the Virgin Islands Bar Association

On the approval of the members of the SBCW Board of Directors, their attorney was hired to send George Simpson a series of letters. Those letters contained lies and many other statements which are against the Current Rules Requiring Truthfulness and Honesty in Lawyering, ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct.

Mr. Capdeville's conduct (ordered by the SBCW Board) was so terrible, George R. Simpson filed a Grievance with the Virgin Islands Bar Association aimed at removing Mr. Capdeville from the Bar.
